The Opportunity

Your Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, bespoke learning sessions
• Support students with diverse learning needs
• Adapt teaching strategies to maximise engagement
• Encourage independence and confidence in learners
• Track progress and adjust teaching approaches accordingly

Who We’re Looking For

• Background in teaching, tutoring, or SEN support roles
• Calm, supportive, and solution-focused mindset
• Ability to build strong rapport with young people
• Strong understanding of safeguarding practices
• Based in or able to commute around Petersfield
