SEN Tutor Opportunities in Aldershot

TP Tutors is currently recruiting motivated and dependable tutors in Aldershot to provide personalised learning support for students with Special Educational Needs.

This role is ideal for individuals who want flexible work while making a meaningful difference in students’ educational journeys.

Location: Aldershot and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible – Part-Time or Full-Time
Position: SEN Tutor

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver individualised Maths and/or English sessions
  • Work with students with a range of needs, including autism and SEMH
  • Adjust lesson delivery to suit each learner’s abilities and learning style
  • Create a supportive and structured environment for learning
  • Encourage both academic progress and personal confidence

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience working with children or young people with additional needs
  • Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans
  • Based in Aldershot or able to travel locally
  • Strong communication skills with a calm and understanding approach
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and inclusive education practices

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
