At TP Tutors, we believe the right support can transform a learner’s journey. We’re currently recruiting SEN Tutors across Hampshire to deliver personalised tuition that helps young people build confidence and achieve their goals.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Hampshire (including Southampton, Basingstoke, Winchester, and nearby areas)
Hours: Flexible – part-time and full-time roles available

Your Role

  • Plan and deliver engaging, one-to-one sessions
  • Adapt teaching strategies to suit a variety of additional needs (ASC, ADHD, SEMH)
  • Develop positive relationships that support learning and wellbeing
  • Deliver sessions in home or community environments
  • Support both academic achievement and emotional growth

About You

  • Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting
  • Confident delivering core subjects
  • Based in Hampshire or able to travel locally
  • Compassionate, reliable, and proactive
  • Committed to safeguarding and inclusive practice

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
