TP Tutors is expanding in Andover and is seeking dedicated SEN Tutors to provide bespoke, one-to-one education for students with additional needs. If you’re looking for a role where you can truly change lives, this is your opportunity.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Andover and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible – part-time and full-time available

About the Role

This role focuses on supporting students who require a more individualised approach to learning, helping them re-engage with education and reach their full potential.

  • Deliver creative, tailored learning sessions
  • Support students with needs such as autism, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Establish strong, supportive relationships with learners
  • Encourage personal growth, confidence, and independence
  • Provide tuition in home or local community environments

What We’re Looking For

  • Background working with children or young people in any capacity
  • Ability to teach English and maths at a core level
  • Willingness to travel across Andover and nearby locations
  • Calm, adaptable, and positive mindset
  • Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
