Job description

Support Young Minds in Fleet
Create Positive Change Through Personalised Learning

TP Tutors is expanding across Fleet and is looking for motivated SEN Tutors to provide tailored, one-to-one support for students with additional needs. This is a flexible and fulfilling role where your work directly impacts a learner’s confidence and progress.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Fleet and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible – choose part-time or full-time

The Role
You’ll support learners who thrive outside of traditional classroom settings, delivering sessions that are adapted to their individual learning styles and needs.

  • Plan and deliver engaging, personalised tuition sessions
  • Support learners with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Build rapport and trust to encourage consistent engagement
  • Help develop independence, confidence, and core academic skills
  • Deliver sessions within home or community environments

About You

  • Experience working with children or young people
  • Confident with core subjects such as English and maths
  • Based locally or able to travel within Fleet and nearby areas
  • Calm, patient, and reliable approach
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and wellbeing

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
