TP Tutors is on the lookout for compassionate and driven SEN Tutors in Southampton who can provide the focused support that truly changes outcomes.
Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Southampton & local areas
Working Pattern: Flexible (part-time or full-time)
About the Role
You’ll work one-to-one with students who need a more personalised approach, helping them overcome challenges and build confidence step by step.
- Deliver tailored sessions that match each learner’s needs and pace
- Support students with SEN, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH
- Break down barriers to learning through creative teaching methods
- Encourage independence and self-belief
- Provide sessions in home or community settings
About You
- Experience working with young people (education, care, youth work, etc.)
- Good knowledge of English and maths basics
- Adaptable and patient, with a positive mindset
- Able to travel across Southampton
- Committed to safeguarding and inclusive practice

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
