SEN Tutor Role – Andover

TP Tutors is recruiting passionate SEN Tutors in Andover to support students through one-to-one tuition designed around their individual needs.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Andover & surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible – part-time and full-time opportunities

The Role
As an SEN Tutor, you’ll support students in re-engaging with education, helping them build skills, confidence, and independence.

  • Deliver personalised and engaging tuition sessions
  • Support students with additional needs such as autism, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Encourage confidence, focus, and independence
  • Adapt lesson plans to suit different learning styles
  • Provide sessions in home or community-based environments

Who You Are

  • Experience supporting children or young people
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills
  • Calm, adaptable, and understanding approach
  • Ability to travel within Andover and surrounding locations
  • Strong awareness of safeguarding practices

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
