TP Tutors is growing its presence in Petersfield and is looking for dedicated SEN Tutors to deliver one-to-one, tailored support to students who thrive outside traditional classroom settings.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Petersfield and surrounding areas
Working Pattern: Flexible hours (part-time and full-time opportunities available)

Your Role

You’ll play a key part in helping students rebuild confidence and develop essential skills through personalised learning.

  • Design and deliver customised lessons suited to individual needs
  • Support students with additional needs such as autism, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Build positive, trusting relationships that encourage engagement
  • Help learners develop independence and resilience
  • Provide sessions in homes or appropriate local settings

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with children or young people in any capacity
  • Strong grasp of core English, Science and maths skills
  • Ability to travel within Petersfield and nearby areas
  • Patient, adaptable, and solution-focused approach
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting wellbeing

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
