TP Tutors is recruiting SEN Tutors in Winchester to deliver personalised education that meets students where they are—and helps them move forward with confidence.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support students outside of mainstream settings, guiding them towards both academic and personal success.

  • Plan and deliver engaging, individualised lessons
  • Work with students with additional needs (autism, ADHD, SEMH)
  • Build strong, trusting relationships that support learning
  • Adapt approaches to suit different learning styles
  • Deliver sessions in homes or community venues

What You’ll Need

  • Experience supporting children or young people
  • Confidence in core English and maths skills
  • A thoughtful, patient, and proactive approach
  • Ability to travel locally within Winchester
  • Strong awareness of safeguarding responsibilities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
