TP Tutors is looking to recruit passionate SEN Tutors to deliver personalised one-to-one tuition across Winchester and surrounding areas.

You'll support children and young people with autism, ADHD, SEMH, and a variety of additional learning needs. Through tailored tuition, you'll help learners increase their confidence, stay engaged with education, and make meaningful academic progress.

Location: Winchester and surrounding areas

What does the role offer?
Contract: Flexible part-time and full-time opportunities
Pay: £25 per hour
Delivery: One-to-one tuition in schools, community venues, or learners' homes

What will your day-to-day responsibilities involve?
• Deliver tailored one-to-one tuition sessions
• Require to travel to tuition locations in their local area
• Adapt learning materials to meet individual needs
• Encourage confidence and independent learning skills
• Monitor and record learner development
• Build strong relationships with families, schools, and professionals

What experience is required?
• Experience working with children or young people with SEN/SEND
• Previous experience in tutoring, education, mentoring, youth work, or similar roles
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices
• Ability to travel within Winchester and nearby areas
• Excellent communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
