Make a Difference Through Tutoring in Fleet

Support That Builds Skills, Confidence, and Independence

Not every student fits the traditional mould—your support can help them find their path.

TP Tutors is currently recruiting SEN Tutors in Fleet to provide tailored, one-to-one learning support for students who benefit from a more individual approach.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Fleet and surrounding areas
Working Pattern: Flexible (choose part-time or full-time hours)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver engaging, personalised tuition sessions
  • Work with learners with diverse needs, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment
  • Promote confidence, motivation, and independent learning
  • Deliver sessions in home settings or suitable local venues

What You’ll Need

  • Experience supporting young people (education, care, or similar settings)
  • Good understanding of English and maths fundamentals
  • Willingness to travel across Fleet and nearby locations
  • Calm, empathetic, and flexible approach
  • Strong awareness of safeguarding responsibilities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
