TP Tutors is recruiting enthusiastic SEN Tutors to deliver personalised one-to-one learning support for children and young people across Farnborough and nearby areas.

Hours: Flexible full-time and part-time schedules
Setting: Face-to-face tuition

About the Position

This rewarding opportunity involves supporting learners with a range of additional needs through bespoke tutoring sessions. Students may present with Autism, ADHD, SEMH difficulties, anxiety, or disrupted educational experiences.

Duties Include

• Providing engaging in-person tuition sessions
• Tailoring learning plans to meet individual needs
• Monitoring academic and emotional progress
• Building supportive relationships with learners and families
• Maintaining a positive and structured learning atmosphere
• Travelling to local tuition sessions across Farnborough

Skills and Experience Needed

• Experience working with children or young people is beneficial
• Ideal for teachers, tutors, teaching assistants, mentors, or SEN specialists
• Confident communication and interpersonal abilities
• Patient, adaptable, and encouraging approach
• Reliable with strong organisational skills
• Knowledge of safeguarding expectations
• Ability to travel within the local area

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
