SEN Tutor Opportunities – Ringwood
TP Tutors is recruiting dedicated and compassionate SEN Tutors to support children and young people across Ringwood and nearby areas. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide personalised one-to-one tuition and help learners overcome barriers to education.
Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Ringwood and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible part-time and full-time opportunities available
As an SEN Tutor, you will work with students who may have additional needs such as Autism, ADHD, SEMH, anxiety, or other learning difficulties. You’ll deliver tailored sessions that encourage confidence, engagement, and academic progress in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging one-to-one tuition sessions
- Adapt lessons to suit individual learning needs
- Support emotional wellbeing and learner confidence
- Monitor progress and adjust teaching approaches where needed
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children or young people is beneficial
- Backgrounds in tutoring, teaching, mentoring, care, or support work welcomed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, adaptable, and reliable approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
