SEN Tutor Roles Available in Aldershot
Support Individual Learning. Empower Young People.
TP Tutors is currently looking for enthusiastic and caring Specialist SEN Tutors to provide one-to-one educational support throughout Aldershot and neighbouring areas. This is a highly rewarding role for individuals who are committed to helping learners with additional needs reach their full potential.
Location: Aldershot and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible part-time and full-time positions
Teaching Model: Bespoke one-to-one tuition
The Role
As a Specialist SEN Tutor, you will:
- Deliver personalised learning sessions tailored to individual needs
- Support academic development while building learner confidence
- Implement creative strategies to improve engagement and progress
- Assess outcomes and adapt learning plans accordingly
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and motivating learning environment
Candidate Profile
We welcome applications from individuals with experience in:
- SEN support
- Teaching and tutoring
- Youth work and mentoring
- Educational intervention programmes
- Learning support roles
You should also demonstrate:
- Strong communication skills
- Patience and adaptability
- A learner-centred approach
- Knowledge of safeguarding practices
- Ability to travel across Aldershot and surrounding communities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
