TP Tutors is currently looking for enthusiastic and caring Specialist SEN Tutors to provide one-to-one educational support throughout Aldershot and neighbouring areas. This is a highly rewarding role for individuals who are committed to helping learners with additional needs reach their full potential.

Location: Aldershot and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible part-time and full-time positions
Teaching Model: Bespoke one-to-one tuition

The Role

As a Specialist SEN Tutor, you will:

• Deliver personalised learning sessions tailored to individual needs
• Support academic development while building learner confidence
• Implement creative strategies to improve engagement and progress
• Assess outcomes and adapt learning plans accordingly
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and motivating learning environment

Candidate Profile

We welcome applications from individuals with experience in:

• SEN support
• Teaching and tutoring
• Youth work and mentoring
• Educational intervention programmes
• Learning support roles

You should also demonstrate:

• Strong communication skills
• Patience and adaptability
• A learner-centred approach
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices
• Ability to travel across Aldershot and surrounding communities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
