TP Tutors is looking for passionate Specialist SEN Tutors to provide personalised educational support to children and young people across Aldershot and the surrounding area.

Position Summary

• Location: Aldershot and nearby locations
• Contract Type: Flexible part-time and full-time positions
• Setting: 1:1 Sessions

Main Duties

• Deliver high-quality one-to-one tuition sessions
• Design learning activities that reflect individual strengths and needs
• Foster confidence, resilience, and independent learning skills
• Assess progress and adjust teaching approaches accordingly
• Provide a positive and secure learning atmosphere

Ideal Applicants Will Have

• Experience working with young people, particularly those requiring additional support
• Backgrounds in teaching, tutoring, mentoring, youth support, or SEN services
• A caring and adaptable nature
• Strong interpersonal and organisational abilities
• Knowledge of safeguarding best practice
• Access to transport or the ability to travel locally
