The Opportunity

• Work closely with learners on a 1:1 or small group basis
• Support students with additional needs such as autism, ADHD, and SEMH
• Plan and deliver sessions that suit individual learning styles
• Deliver tuition in home settings or within the local community
• Play a key role in boosting both academic skills and self-confidence

Who This Role Suits

• Those with experience supporting children or young people with SEN/SEND
• Tutors confident in delivering Maths and/or English
• Individuals located in Lyme Regis or able to travel nearby
• People who bring patience, creativity, and understanding to their work
• Those familiar with safeguarding and inclusive education approaches

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
