Make a Difference Through Tutoring in Poole

TP Tutors is currently recruiting enthusiastic tutors in Poole to deliver high-quality Maths and English tuition to students with Special Educational Needs.

Role: SEN Tutor (Opportunities for SEND specialists available)
Location: Poole and nearby areas
Hours: Flexible – choose part-time or full-time work

About the Role

  • Provide engaging tuition on a one-to-one or small group basis
  • Modify teaching methods to suit students with autism, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Foster a consistent, encouraging, and safe learning space
  • Deliver sessions in home settings or community locations
  • Help students grow in confidence and reach their academic potential

Requirements

  • Experience working with children or young people with SEN/SEND
  • Strong skills in Maths and/or English support
  • Based in Poole or able to commute within the local area
  • Patient, adaptable, and empathetic nature
  • Understanding of safeguarding and inclusive teaching practices

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
