Job description

TP Tutors is currently recruiting passionate tutors in Poole to provide personalised educational support to young learners with Special Educational Needs.

Role: SEN Tutor (SEND Experience Preferred)
Location: Poole and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible (Full-Time & Part-Time available)

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, tailored lessons in Maths and/or English
  • Support students with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Build a safe, consistent, and encouraging learning space
  • Provide tuition in home or community-based environments
  • Help students develop confidence and reach their potential

✅ Requirements

  • Experience supporting learners with SEN/SEND
  • Strong subject knowledge in Maths and/or English
  • Local to Poole or able to commute
  • Compassionate, flexible, and resilient mindset
  • Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
