Job description

Inspire Confidence Through Education

Do you want to help young people with Special Educational Needs succeed? TP Tutors is recruiting tutors in Poole to deliver personalised Maths and English tuition on a 1:1 or small group basis.

This role is ideal for those who are passionate about inclusive education and making a lasting impact.

Role: SEN Tutor (SEND Support Roles Available)
Location: Poole and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible – Part-Time or Full-Time

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver tailored and engaging tuition sessions
  • Support learners with autism, ADHD, SEMH, and additional needs
  • Create a positive and structured learning environment
  • Deliver sessions in homes or local community settings
  • Help learners build confidence and reach their goals

About You

  • Experience working with children or young people with SEN/SEND
  • Able to teach Maths and/or English
  • Based in Poole or able to travel locally
  • Compassionate, patient, and adaptable
  • Strong safeguarding awareness

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
