Do you believe every young person deserves the chance to succeed—no matter the challenges they face? At TP Tutors, we’re looking for dedicated SEN Tutors in Kent to support learners who need a more personalised approach to education.

This is your opportunity to provide meaningful, one-to-one support that helps students reconnect with learning and realise their potential.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Kent and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible – choose part-time or full-time to suit you

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver tailored lessons designed around each learner’s needs and goals
  • Support students with SEN including autism, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Create a positive, safe learning environment that builds trust
  • Provide tuition in homes, schools, or community settings
  • Encourage both academic progress and emotional resilience

What We’re Looking For

  • Background in teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or SEN support
  • Confidence across core subjects (primary and/or secondary level)
  • Based in or able to travel across Kent
  • Patient, adaptable, and committed to inclusive education
  • Strong awareness of safeguarding responsibilities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
