Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Chatham and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible (Part-Time / Full-Time)

The Opportunity
Work one-to-one with students, creating engaging, structured sessions that support both academic progress and personal development in a safe, encouraging environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Design tailored learning plans for individual needs
  • Support students with a range of SEN challenges
  • Use creative approaches to keep sessions engaging
  • Build confidence, independence, and resilience
  • Track progress and adjust teaching methods

What You Bring

  • Experience in education, SEN, or mentoring
  • A calm, patient, and proactive mindset
  • Strong ability to connect with young people
  • Awareness of safeguarding practices
  • Ability to travel within the Chatham area

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
