Are you passionate about supporting young people who need a more personalised approach to education? We are looking for SEN Tutors in Sittingbourne to help learners rebuild confidence and achieve their potential through tailored support.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Sittingbourne and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible (Part-Time / Full-Time)

About the Role
You’ll work with learners on a 1:1 or small group basis, delivering sessions that are adapted to their individual needs and learning styles. Your support will play a key role in helping them re-engage with education.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver structured, engaging sessions in Maths and English
  • Adapt learning to suit a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Build positive, trusting relationships with learners
  • Support emotional wellbeing alongside academic progress
  • Create a safe and consistent learning environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with children or young people with SEN/SEND
  • Confident delivering lessons at primary or secondary level
  • Patient, resilient, and adaptable approach
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
  • Ability to travel locally within Sittingbourne

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
