Job description

Support, Teach, Inspire – SEN Tutors Needed in Sittingbourne

TP Tutors is looking for compassionate and skilled tutors in Sittingbourne to work with young people who benefit from a more personalised approach to learning.

This role is perfect for individuals who want to step outside the traditional classroom and make a real difference through tailored support.

Location: Sittingbourne and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible (Part-Time / Full-Time)
Role: SEN Tutor

✨ The Role

  • Provide personalised Maths and/or English tuition on a 1:1 or small group basis
  • Support students with a range of additional needs, including autism and ADHD
  • Use creative approaches to engage learners and overcome barriers to education
  • Deliver sessions in home or community environments
  • Help students develop confidence, resilience, and independence

About You

  • Experience supporting children or young people with SEND
  • Strong communication and adaptability skills
  • Confident delivering core subjects
  • Based in Sittingbourne or able to travel locally
  • Committed to safeguarding and inclusive education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
