Inspire Progress – SEN Tutors Opportunity in Ashford

Do you have a passion for helping young people thrive? We’re seeking committed SEN Tutors in Ashford to deliver personalised support that empowers students to overcome challenges and succeed.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Ashford and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible (Part-Time / Full-Time)

About the Role

You’ll work one-to-one with learners, creating tailored sessions that support academic development, boost confidence, and encourage a positive approach to learning.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver engaging, individualised tutoring sessions
  • Support students with a range of Special Educational Needs
  • Adapt lesson plans to suit different learning styles
  • Foster independence, motivation, and resilience
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in tutoring, teaching, or SEN support
  • A patient and adaptable approach
  • Strong communication and rapport-building skills
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and student welfare
  • Ability to travel across the Ashford area
