Help Learners Thrive with Tailored Tuition

TP Tutors is recruiting enthusiastic tutors in Aylesford to support students with Special Educational Needs through personalised 1:1 and small group teaching in Maths and English.

This role is ideal for individuals who are committed to helping young people overcome barriers to learning while working in a flexible environment.

Role: SEN Tutor (SEND Specialists welcome)
Location: Aylesford and nearby areas
Hours: Flexible – Part-Time or Full-Time

About the Role

  • Deliver engaging, tailored lessons to meet individual learning needs
  • Work with students with autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other additional needs
  • Create a supportive and structured approach to learning
  • Provide sessions in home or community-based environments
  • Support students in reaching both academic and personal milestones

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with SEN/SEND students
  • Ability to teach Maths and/or English at primary or secondary level
  • Based in Aylesford or able to commute locally
  • Strong communication skills and a patient, adaptable mindset
  • Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
