Make a Lasting Impact – SEN Tuition Opportunity in Chatham

Are you driven to support learners who need a more personalised educational approach? We are seeking skilled and compassionate SEN Tutors in Chatham to help young people overcome challenges and rediscover confidence in their learning journey.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Chatham and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible (Part-Time / Full-Time)

About the Role
In this rewarding position, you will work closely with students requiring additional support, delivering tailored sessions that meet their individual needs. Your guidance will play a key role in helping them achieve both academic progress and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver individualised lesson plans
  • Support learners with a variety of Special Educational Needs
  • Use adaptive and creative teaching methods
  • Build positive, trusting relationships with students
  • Monitor and evaluate progress to inform future sessions

About You

  • Experience in education, tutoring, mentoring, or SEN support
  • Empathetic, patient, and adaptable in your approach
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Committed to safeguarding and inclusive education
  • Able to travel within Chatham and nearby areas
