Are you driven to support young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? If you’re based in or around Kent, TP Tutors is looking for dedicated individuals to provide tailored 1:1 and small group tuition in core subjects like Maths and English.

This is a meaningful opportunity to help learners thrive academically and emotionally through personalised support.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Kent and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible (Part-Time or Full-Time)

Your Impact

  • Plan and deliver engaging, personalised lessons based on individual needs
  • Support students with autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other additional needs
  • Create a safe, structured, and encouraging learning environment
  • Deliver sessions in homes, schools, or community spaces
  • Build confidence, independence, and academic progress

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with children or young people with SEND
  • Ability to support primary or secondary-level learning
  • Based in Kent or able to travel locally
  • Calm, patient, and adaptable approach
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding responsibilities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
