SEN Teaching Assistants Required

Teaching Personnel work with several large primary academies in the Truro area who often require additional members of staff to work 1:1 with challenging behaviour or SEN. We are seeking applications from SEN specialists who have at least two years of experience working with; Autism, ADHD, SEMH, physical disabilities or speech and language difficulties.

For these positions, we require members of staff who can commit to full-time hours (8:30 to 3pm - Monday to Friday, term time only) for at least one term. Most of these roles begin on a short-term basis but extend for a whole academic year. These opportunities are within a wide range of schools, all of which can be visited on day-to-day supply as soon as vetting is complete.

School based experience is preferred but we also welcome applications from previous child support workers, care workers, graduates, those looking to go into teacher training and others with transferable skills and qualifications.
