SEN Teaching Assistant

Our client secondary school is located in Barnsley and is seeking a number of SEN Teaching Assistant's to join their SEN department in time for the cohort of new Y7 pupils. There are a number of positions on offer, all being full time roles starting from September.

The school is seeking SEN Teaching Assistants with a range of skills and experiences to work with their pupils. Applications encouraged from SEN Teaching Assistants who have experience working with:

• Young people with mild-moderate Autism
• Young people with variant learning difficulties e.g. Dyslexia or Dyspraxia
• Young people with behavioural difficulties
• Young people with Social and Emotional Mental Health needs (SEMH)
• Young people with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
