We are recruiting dedicated and caring individuals to work as SEN Teaching Assistants across several exceptional specialist schools in Poole.

Catering for learners aged 3 to 19, the settings provide support for a wide range of needs including autism, communication difficulties, sensory impairments, learning disabilities, and complex medical needs.

What Your Role Involves

  • Supporting pupils with diverse and complex needs in class, small groups or on a 1:1 basis

  • Helping young people build confidence, communication and independence

  • Encouraging positive behaviour and creating a safe, welcoming environment

  • Working closely with teaching staff, therapists and support teams

  • Making a lasting impact on a child’s personal and educational journey

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
