1:1 Teaching Assistant – Supporting SEMH Students in Secondary Education
Location: Poole | Age Group: 11–16 | Full-Time | Hours: 8.30am–3.00pm

We are looking for a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a student in a secondary school setting in Poole.

This is a full-time position, working closely with students who face social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges.

Your Role as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant
You’ll be working directly with one pupil, providing academic, emotional and behavioural support throughout the school day.

Your presence will be key in creating structure, safety and encouragement, helping the pupil develop confidence and resilience in both learning and social situations.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
