This full-time position is focused on working with secondary-aged students, aged 14 to 18, who have a range of special educational needs (SEN). You’ll be instrumental in supporting students to thrive academically and socially, helping them to unlock their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
As a Classroom Support Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

Providing one-on-one or small group support to students in the classroom.

Helping students with SEN access the curriculum and develop key skills.

Supporting the teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management.

Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering social development.

Assisting students with personal care and any other needs they may have during the school day.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
