We are offering the successful candidate the chance to make a real difference in the lives of children with SEN. The position is an SEN Teaching Assistant for a school in Northamptonb. This would be working with pupils aged 2-11 years at a specialist provision for students with ASC, PMLD and SLD.
Main responsibilities of a SEN Teaching Assistant will include:
• Engaging students on their learning
• Assisting the execution of tailored lesson plans
• Reporting back on progress to promote best practice
• 1:1 work ensuring pupils stay on track with their social, emotional and academic development
The position is temporary but with the view to becoming permanent if the school decides you are a good fit.
What to expect from Teaching Personnel
- A dedicated consultant to discuss current or future roles with you

- Payment in house, meaning no fees from Umbrella companies
- 13 weeks off per year.
The application process requires two recent and care/education-based references or evidence of other experience.
You additionally will either have a DBS on the Update Service or a willingness to get one.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
