About the Role

A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a friendly, nurturing and forward-thinking school that prides itself on celebrating every achievement, big or small.

What You Will Do

  • Support students with personalised learning and communication

  • Encourage positive engagement in classroom and sensory-based activities

  • Contribute to fun, structured routines that promote independence

  • Help create a calm, inclusive and motivating atmosphere

  • Assist teachers with learning plans across a wide age range


What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 6 months childcare experience, ideally supporting SEN

  • A warm, adaptable and patient approach

  • Willingness to assist with a range of learning and pastoral needs

  • Ability to work confidently with students aged 3 to 19

  • A driver is essential due to the location of the school

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
