We are seeking three enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join welcoming and supportive schools in Verwood.

These full-time roles offer an immediate start and involve working primarily within the primary phase, supporting pupils in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in these roles, you will need:

• A minimum of 6 months childcare experience, ideally supporting children with SEN needs
• A caring, patient and adaptable approach to learning
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• A genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential

• Provide tailored support to pupils in line with individual learning plans
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
