About the Role

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a highly supportive and inclusive educational setting.

This is a full-time role with an immediate start, offering the chance to work primarily within the primary phase, while supporting learners across a wide age range.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 months childcare experience, ideally supporting children with SEN needs
  • A caring, patient and adaptable approach to learning
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  • A genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored support to students in line with individual learning plans
  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
  • Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
