The Role: Impact & Support

This role is for someone who finds deep satisfaction in supporting children with complex needs. Your daily duties will include:

• Essential Personal Care: Providing dignity and support with feeding, mobility, and personal care (including toileting and changing).

• Learning Support: Assisting the class teacher in delivering tailored, engaging lessons and activities.

• Creating a Safe Space: Fostering a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment where every child can thrive.

• Teamwork: Working as part of a close-knit team alongside therapists, teachers, and other professionals.

Who We Are Looking For

You don't need to have a teaching background, but you must possess:

• Experience or Training in an SEN, PMLD, or a care/support worker setting.
