SEN Teachers – West Sussex
Full-Time Positions | Paid to Teacher Pay Scale
We are recruiting SEN Teachers for a variety of specialist and mainstream SEN provisions across West Sussex, including Horsham, Crawley, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, and the Worthing/Coastal area.
These roles are ideal for teachers who are passionate about inclusive education and want to work in environments where class sizes are smaller, support is strong, and impact is visible every day.
The Role:

Teaching pupils with a range of SEN needs including Autism, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties

Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
-
Working collaboratively with LSAs, SENCOs, and external professionals
-
Supporting pupils’ academic, emotional, and social development
What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)
-
SEN experience is beneficial but not essential for the right candidate
-
A flexible, nurturing, and reflective teaching approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
