We are recruiting for an experienced SEN Teacher to teach in Primary school for those with SEN. The school caters to pupils all with an EHCP Plan, and have SEN needs such as Profound and Multiple learning difficulties.
The school has been graded as Outstanding by OFSTED and is based in the Urmston area of Trafford so I easily accessible by all means of transportation. The school was noted in its most recent OFSTED that its bespoke education is personalised to meet the academic, personal, and social needs of every pupil.
The successful teacher will join the outstanding team to make a difference everyday in the lives of the young people. As a teacher you will support the pupils inside the classroom and out using a wide variety of you own teaching techniques and styles and through the use of the specialist facilities within the school.
This includes the physical facilities such as sensory rooms and the hydrotherapy pool but also includes working alongside other professionals such as speech and language therapist, pet therapist and physiotherapists.
The successful teacher for this role should have
- QTS
- Experience teaching those with SEN
- A drive and passion for supporting vulnerable young people
- A current DBS on the Update Service
- The ability to supply two recent references
