The Role
As a Primary Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons in line with the Curriculum for Wales
- Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
- Support pupils of all abilities, including those with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively
- Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs
- Work closely with teaching assistants and wider school staff to support pupil achievement
What We're Looking For
To be considered for these opportunities, you will ideally have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
- Previous experience teaching within a primary school setting
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- A positive, adaptable and proactive approach to teaching
