Supply Teachers – Primary and Secondary Schools
Reading | Short-term & Long-term Roles Available
Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Supply Teachers to work across a range of primary and secondary schools in Reading. We have a variety of short-term, long-term, and ongoing positions available, offering flexibility alongside consistent opportunities.
This role is ideal for experienced teachers, ECTs, or teachers returning to the classroom who are looking for rewarding work without committing to a permanent post.
The role:
- Delivering engaging, pre-planned lessons
- Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Adapting to different school settings and routines
What we’re looking for:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in UK primary schools
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
