We're seeking a committed and inspiring SEN Teacher to join our specialist provision in Portsmouth, working with pupils who have a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) to include learning difficulties, communication difficulties and physical/mobility needs.

Your days will be diverse—no two are the same. From delivering bespoke learning programs to celebrating small victories, you’ll play a key role in helping students build trust, resilience, and belief in themselves.

We’re Looking For:

• A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) with a passion for SEN and/or SEMH education.

• Experience (or strong interest) in working within specialist settings.

• An unshakeable resilience

• Exceptional relationship-building skills—you believe connection comes before correction.

• Creativity, flexibility, and an adaptive teaching style to meet individual needs.

• Ability to teach across the curriculum.

• A reflective practitioner committed to ongoing professional growth and collaboration.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
