- Implement behaviour support strategies and promote emotional regulation
- Create a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
- Contribute to EHCP reviews, annual reviews, and wider school life
- Support pupils in developing independence, resilience, and preparation for adulthood
About You
We're looking for an enthusiastic and skilled teacher who is committed to achieving the very best outcomes for young people.
You will ideally have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching secondary-aged pupils
- Experience supporting pupils with SEND, either within a specialist or mainstream setting
- A strong understanding of adaptive teaching and personalised learning approaches
- The ability to build positive and productive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
- Strong classroom management and behaviour support skills
- A creative and flexible approach to overcoming barriers to learning
