SEN Teacher – Special Educational Needs Schools, Farnborough
Salary: MPS/UPS – £32,916 to £51,048 per annum (dependant on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Long-term/Permanent
Employer: Teaching Personnel
Start Date: ASAP or January Start

Are you a passionate and dedicated educator looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs? Teaching Personnel is seeking committed SEN Teachers to work across a range of exceptional SEN schools in Farnborough.

About the Role

As an SEN Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging, individualised lessons to pupils with a range of needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, SLD, and PMLD.

  • Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports both academic and personal development.

  • Work closely with support staff, therapists, and parents to provide a holistic approach to each pupil's education.

  • Use creative and adaptive teaching strategies to meet EHCP targets and ensure consistent progress.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds QTS or QTLS (or is an ECT with a passion for SEN).

  • Has experience working within a specialist or mainstream SEN setting.

  • Is patient, nurturing, and committed to supporting the unique needs of every learner.

  • Can work collaboratively within a dynamic and supportive school community.
