 SEN Teacher – Full Time | Farnborough | January Start 
Salary: MPS/UPS – £32,916 to £51,048 per annum (paid to scale)

Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join one of our partner schools in the Farnborough area from January. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed educator who is enthusiastic about supporting children with a range of special educational needs.

About the Role

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching and personalised learning opportunities for pupils with diverse and complex needs. You will work closely with support staff, therapists, and senior leaders to create a nurturing, inclusive learning environment where every pupil can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCPs

• Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment

• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies

• Assess and track pupil progress, ensuring targets are met

• Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being

Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)

• Experience working within SEN settings or with pupils with additional needs

• Strong behaviour management and communication skills

• Patience, resilience, and a nurturing approach

• Passionate about making a real difference in pupils’ lives
