Location: Basingstoke
Salary: Paid to scale — £32,916 to £51,048 per annum
Contract: Full Time, Long-Term

Are you a dedicated and passionate teacher looking to make a meaningful impact in a specialist education setting?
Teaching Personnel is seeking a full-time SEN PE Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive SEN school in Basingstoke. This exciting role also includes teaching one day of Maths per week, supporting students with a range of additional learning needs.

About the Role

  • Deliver engaging and adaptive PE lessons tailored to students with diverse SEN needs

  • Teach Maths one day per week, using creative approaches to build confidence and understanding

  • Work closely with the SEN team, therapists, and support staff to ensure holistic progress

  • Create a positive, safe, and nurturing learning environment

  • Contribute to the wider school community, enrichment activities, and behaviour support strategies

About You

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Experience working in SEN settings is highly desirable, though strong mainstream teachers with a passion for inclusive practice are encouraged to apply

  • Ability to differentiate effectively and build strong, supportive relationships

  • Confident delivering both PE and KS3/KS4 Maths content

  • Resilient, creative, and committed to helping every student succeed
