Role Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised and creative lessons for students with a range of SEN, particularly autism

• Use a variety of strategies to support learning, behaviour, and emotional development

• Work collaboratively with support staff and therapists to meet EHCP targets

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that celebrates progress and individuality

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Experience or a strong interest in working with pupils with SEN and autism

• Patience, empathy, and a resilient approach to overcoming challenges
