Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of pupils with special educational needs (SEN)

• Differentiate learning materials to suit a range of abilities and learning styles

• Create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom atmosphere

• Collaborate with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and support staff to deliver individualised support

• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and adapting strategies where necessary

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential

• Previous experience working with SEN pupils is desirable, but not essential

• Strong classroom management and communication skills

• A flexible, compassionate, and resilient approach to teaching
