SEN Teacher – Bridgend
Location: Bridgend, South Wales
Agency: Teaching Personnel
Pay: From £166.32 per day
Contract Type: Full-time, Temporary
Working Days: Monday to Friday (No weekends)

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of pupils with special educational needs (SEN)

Differentiate learning materials to suit a range of abilities and learning styles
-
Create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom atmosphere
-
Collaborate with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and support staff to deliver individualised support
-
Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and adapting strategies where necessary
What We’re Looking For:
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
-
Previous experience working with SEN pupils is desirable, but not essential
-
Strong classroom management and communication skills
-
A flexible, compassionate, and resilient approach to teaching

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
