Job Title: SEN Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Support Worker to join our supportive and welcoming team in Skelmersdale. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are committed to providing high-quality support to students with varying needs, helping them achieve their full potential in a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs, assisting them in their daily learning and social activities.
- Work closely with teachers and other staff to implement individualized learning plans and strategies.
- Support students with a wide range of needs, including but not limited to autism, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and behavioural challenges.
- Help create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, fostering independence and confidence in students.
- Assist with personal care and mobility needs when required.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and contribute to reviews of their learning and development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
