SEN Support Assistant – Flexible Hours Available
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistants to join our supportive and dynamic team. This role offers part-time, full-time, and flexible working arrangements to suit your lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to students with a range of special educational needs.

Assist the class teacher in creating an inclusive, engaging learning environment.

Support pupils’ personal, social, and emotional development.

Adapt learning materials and activities to meet individual needs.

Promote independence, confidence, and progress in all learners.
Requirements:

Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN is desirable.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships.

A proactive and flexible approach to work.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
