Flexible ASD Support Roles – Day-to-Day Supply
Join our dedicated SEN team and make a real difference
We’re looking for passionate and adaptable ASD Support Assistants to work in special educational needs schools across the area on a flexible, day-to-day basis.
The role:

Provide tailored support to children and young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

Work closely with teaching staff and therapists to create a positive learning environment

Adapt activities and communication styles to suit individual needs
-
Encourage independence, confidence, and social interaction

Has experience supporting individuals with ASD (in school or care settings)

Is patient, empathetic, and resilient

Can adapt quickly to new environments and routines

Holds a valid DBS (or is willing to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
